Nominees & Fascinatees of 08-09

Nominations for the 51st Annual Grammy Awards were announced yesterday with Lil Wayne and Coldplay leading the way and changing up the prospective of the very conservative Grammy show and nominees. It thinks it's amazing to see the change of where we were, 50 years ago to were we are now.

Lil Wayne topped the list with eight nominations, Coldplay garners seven, and Jay-Z, Ne-Yo and Kanye West each earn six. Alison Krauss, John Mayer, Robert Plant, Radiohead and Jazmine Sullivan receive five each, and Adele, Danger Mouse, Eagles, Lupe Fiasco, George Strait, and T.I. each have four nominations.

I believe the 2009 Grammys is going to be a historical one.
The Grammy awards will be held Feb. 8, 2009.

Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2008 the interview queen is highlighting ten leaders in pop culture, sports, politics and entertainment and getting up close with them on their professional achievements, personal lives and public personae.

Walters has announced her top nine, leaving the number one most fascinating person of 2008 to be revealed during the program. Among her picks are Will Smith, Tina Fey, Tom Cruise, Miley Cyrus, Frank Langella, Rush Limbaugh, Michael Phelps Sarah Palin and Thomas Beatie.

How Palin made this list I have no idea but we shall she Walters has an amazing way of interviewing people and I can't wait to see this.

Yeah, I want to know how Palin and Limbaugh made the list. Shit, and Tom Cruise too for that matter. He's done nothing this year.
